2026 has already brought change. Good and bad. But no matter the direction, January gives us a fresh map. Not a blank map necessarily, because we never lose the miles already traveled, but one with additional new routes to be drawn.
In 2026, “new” for 50x50® looks like:
A milestone! You may notice a small but meaningful update in our name—our official US Trademark. This may seem like paperwork, logistics, and a lot of red tape (and it is) but it also means the stories associated with our journey, and yours, are protected for the long haul. It all matters 💙

January 24th we’re participating in an MLK day of Service with Keep America Beautiful. Join in by keeping a corner of your own community cleaner and greener!
February 7th check out the Orlando Purple Pride 5K! Runners will start on Church Street at 8 a.m. ET, passing north through Creative Village and continuing down Church St. before finishing on the Fútbol pitch inside Inter&Co Stadium, where you’ll also find us!
March 6th, catch a space launch if you can, but definitely wander over to the Friday Fest at Cape Canaveral from 6pm-10pm. We’ll see you there!
Expanding the idea of what a 50x50 journey can be! 2026 is a once in a lifetime chance to experience America’s 250th Anniversary (1776-2026). Google “America 250” and watch your screen light up! Or visit America 250 directly. There are so many meaningful ways to participate and spread positivity this year.
Here’s to new chapters, new opportunities, stepping outside our comfort zones, and adding new stops to maps already rich with memories — while honoring every adventure in between.
