Welcome to 50x50 Travels! We want your experience to be smooth, predictable, and enjoyable — from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find our full shipping, returns, and exchange policies.
Shipping
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may increase to 3-4 business days, but we always work to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship through the US Postal Service.
Typical delivery windows:
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
These timelines are estimates provided by carriers; delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues may occur.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package shows as “Delivered” but you can’t locate it:
Check with household members/neighbors
Confirm your shipping address
Wait 24 hours (sometimes packages are marked early)

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your 50x50 gear! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return or exchange of gear in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
Apparel must be unworn
Accessories must be free of stains, odors, or damage
The following items are non-returnable:
Apparel that has been marked or worn
Gear that has been used, soiled, or marked
How to Initiate a Return
Please email adventurecalls@50x50travels.com with:
Your order number
The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
The reason for the return (optional but helpful)
We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, damaged item), we cover return shipping.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment
Processing typically takes 3–5 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is complete
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an unused item in its original condition:
We will process the return
A replacement item will ship once the original is received and reviewed
If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at adventurecalls@50x50travels.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, email adventurecalls@50x50travels.com immediately with your order number.
